The Airshore International Rescue Tool (A.R.T.) is a pneumatic (or manual, depending on the application) stabilization strut which attaches at the top and base to a wide variety of attachments.

This diverse array of attachments allow the rescuer to perform trench rescues, stabilize overturned vehicles, confined space rescues and provide support for buildings, where the structural integrity has been compromised by natural or manmade disasters such as they were used in the Pentagon.
